Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel has its ups and downs. Although the rooms are a bit dirty, Nardeen at guest relations is fantastic at securing the best prices and facilities, making it great for a post-trip rest at this five-star hotel. The service, particularly from Sally Saeed and Mohammed Emam at the main entrance, is excellent, but requesting 1000 EGY Pounds in advance can be off-putting. The location is quite good, especially for being close to the Downtown area and welcoming during Ramadan, though some customers face prejudice. The dining experience is extensive, especially during breakfast and happy hour, but watch out for unknown extra costs. The facilities are decent overall, offering necessary amenities for guests.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with spacious rooms, even though they didn't have a Nile view. Booking online was convenient, but I noticed that the rooms need some renovations, especially the bathrooms. The service was efficient and helpful, although there were instances of staff seeking extra money. The location, although good and near embassies, had some areas that were not as advertised. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a variety of fresh fruits and a delicious buffet. Overall, a good stay but could use some improvements.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable with a nice view over the Nile, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is great, being on the Nile and close to downtown attractions. The dining options are varied and worth the cost, although not top-notch. Overall, a pleasant experience with a good value for the money.
The hotel offers good rooms with a nice view over the Nile and complete with a bidet, although they could be improved by turning them into morning meeting rooms. The service is professional with friendly staff, but there are some issues with the noise level. The location is very good, great overlooking the Nile and in downtown, near the Egyptian museum and the Opera house, despite not being very pretty. The dining experience has some highlights but also areas for improvement. Overall, the hotel provides a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful surroundings but has some shortcomings in noise levels and room functionality.
The hotel is ideally located near The Egyptian Museum & Cairo tower with an amazing Nile view. The staff is very kind and friendly, making the stay pleasant. However, the room lacked the requested Nile view and had strong cigarette smoke odor, making it uncomfortable for non-smokers.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with a fantastic city center location within walking distance to major attractions. The rooms are overlooking the Nile and well-appointed, although the provision of just one bottle of water was insufficient. The service was accommodating and helpful, particularly during check-in, despite minor inconveniences with room cards. The dining experience was enjoyable with a diverse buffet selection. Overall, a convenient choice with slight room for improvement in amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable king beds, but the smell of fresh paint caused us headaches. Additionally, there was a bathroom leak and lack of cleanliness with dust and food remains on the table.
